Government of the Montealban State
The Government of the Montealban State is the supreme authority of the executive power. It consists of the President of the Council and ministers. The government is appointed by the Prince of the Montealban State and is responsible for the performance of its functions to the Princely Court of the Montealban State .
The government jointly decides on draft laws, on government regulations, on the government program and its implementation, on fundamental measures to ensure the economic and social policy of Montealba, on drafts of the state budget and state final account, on international treaties, on fundamental issues of internal and foreign policy, on the granting of amnesty in matters of misdemeanors, on the replacement and dismissal of state officials in cases established by law, and on other issues, if established by law.
